Director, Sarah Welsh

Sarah believes in the importance of evidence-based decision-making, an organised approach and a healthy dose of creativity. For over twenty years she has worked with a wide range of personalities on the shop floor and in the boardroom. She is quick to recognise and grasp new ideas and has an innate talent for relating to people.

Sarah started her career as an engineer for a blue-chip manufacturing company, developing new products, estimating project and product costs, and scheduling production based on sales forecasts. She has managed consultancy and commercial research projects on behalf of industry and research partnerships in the UK and Europe, liasing with the European Commission, UK Government and commercial funders. Prior to establishing Mewstones, Sarah worked for a national consultancy company. She has a BSc in Chemistry, an MSc in Environmental Management and is currently completing qualifications to become a certified accountant.

A Team Approach

Mewstones works independently or in partnership with other professionals depending on the client’s requirements and the nature of the commission. We have well established working relationships with specialist researchers, architects, property/planning consultants, surveyors etc. with whom we have undertaken projects in the past. This enables us to build a bespoke team of experts to deliver first class quality and value for clients.
