Mewstones is a South West based consultancy offering services to public, private and, community and voluntary sector clients. It focuses on commissions relating to:

Mewstones undertakes:

Scenario-building and options analysis, supported by robust use of evidence bases.
One-to-one work with senior executives and other members of staff to support development of strategy, policy and action planning.
Design and facilitation of workshops and focus groups.
Short-term project management, including support to get projects back on track if they have been unmanaged due to long-term staff illness or similar.
Design and introduction of office systems, particularly where audit trails are important e.g. for project funders.

Managing director, Sarah Welsh, believes in the importance of evidence-based decision making, an organised approach and a healthy dose of creativity. For almost twenty years she has worked with a wide range of personalities on the shop floor and in the boardroom. She is quick to recognise and grasp new ideas and has an innate talent for relating to people.
